Description
This is your plain jane run of the mill gas block…but they seal tight, and have all of the essentials needed for a bulletproof gas system on your AR15. The kit comes with a .750 journal gas block, a stainless steel spiralized gas tube roll pin, two knurled set screws for installation on the barrel, and one pointed set screw for proper alignment.
When installing the gas block the knurled screws are a ONE TIME USE screw. DO NOT use these set screws to line up the gas block. That’s why we include a third set screw. Get your gas block lined up where you want it installed and you can then tighten down the pointed set screw to hold it all in place. Once the gas block is held in place, install one of the knurled set screws with red loctite and 25 in-lbs of torque. You can then remove the pointed set screw, and re-install the second knurled set screw in it’s place with red loctite and 25 in-lbs or torque for a solid, and reliable gas block that won’t move.
